FAIR, a big hitting FINTECH start up company, brought me in to define a culture. Their internal brand team were so hyper-focused on the consumer brand that the culture and internal voice of the company didn't have an identity. I strategized with the Head of Culture to create their brand voice and develop a philosophy and foundation they are able to build on as the company grows.
